We will ship your object within five business days of receiving your order using USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL at our discretion. Byrd Byrd LLC is not responsible for courier or customs delays. 

 If the object incurs damage during shipment, the customer is required to submit a request within 5 days of receiving order. Byrd Byrd LLC will help to remedy the issue, offering either an exchange for work equal in value or a refund at our discretion.

All sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of art, we do not offer returns.
