The customer has the right to cancel an order in case of delay in excess of four weeks. Byrd Byrd LLC  has the right to cancel orders made due if the object, or parts of the object are no longer possible to produce. After Cancellation, Byrd Byrd LLC will return all payments for the object to the customer as soon as possible, and in no case later than 30 days from the date of the cancellation.

Each edition is made by hand in our San Francisco studio. Please expect minor variation and imperfection from object to object. Your object may not look exactly like the picture on your screen due to the nature of your screen, our camera, and the conditions where you are viewing / using your object. 

Byrd Byrd LLC is not liable for any loss, damages, claims or costs whatsoever, including any consequential or indirect damages or costs, due to the use of the object.
